Returns
Due to myEverCup being a personal hygiene medical device, it may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
If the item you receive has been damaged or incorrectly supplied then you must notify us within 14 days by email referencing your name, order number, and a description of the damage or the error made in the supply. You must then return the unused item to us as no later than 14 days from notifying us. In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied items we will offer you a replacement and not a refund.
Defective or damaged items are defects in the material or production process. Defects in the products arising from wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party, or if you fail to use the product in accordance with the user instructions will not be accepted for exchange.
